Reflections on Patience
with Gen Kelsang Menla
Saturday, March 11, 10:00am – 1:00pm
Frustration, irritation, agitation, annoyance, and anger are common states of mind that afflict everyone almost every day. In Buddha’s teachings, insightful and powerful ways of thinking and practical meditations are found that enable you to gradually uproot all of these responses to conflict and unfulfilled wishes.
No experience is necessary. Everyone welcome!
