Lojong, or Training the Mind, consists of a series of meditation practices that can help us develop the supreme good heart. Using meditation, we can improve our concentration and love for others through training in minds such as equanimity, cherishing love and compassion, to improve our happiness and well-being. These meditations are practical and will help to improve our inner peace as well as our relationships with others.
These spiritual teachings are for everyone and bring real benefit into our daily lives.
