In honor of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, join us for this special 5-week series!
In general we regard our physical health as the most important type of health, and we may disregard developing a healthy state of mind. However, health and happiness depend primarily upon the quality of our mental state. Since meditation is the main tool for creating a positive mind, everyone needs meditation for a healthy, happy, and enriching life.
