Every moment of our human life is precious, rare, and immensely meaningful. Yet, with the stresses of daily life and chaos in the world, it can sometimes be hard to wake up to each new day with a sense of joy and clarity of purpose. Meditations on the preciousness of human life have the power to uplift the mind, giving you a renewed sense of gratitude and joy. These special meditations also have the power to awaken your Buddha nature, which is the limitless potential for happiness, impact on others, and transformation that lies within you.
In this series of classes you will enjoy gentle guided meditations and talks that will leave you feeling more inspired, grateful, and spiritually ready for living everyday life.
These spiritual teachings are for everyone and bring real benefit into our daily lives.
