Radiant Happiness
with Gen Kelsang Menla
Saturday, September 23, 10:00am – 1:00pm
Within the heart of every living being is a potential for limitless love, compassion and inner peace. This is known as our Buddha nature or Buddha seed. This potential can be developed through meditation and practicing simple Buddhist teachings. Gen Kelsang Menla, American Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher of KMC Texas in Dallas, will give teachings and guide meditations on rejoicing and giving love that will help us become more peaceful and loving in our daily life. These teachings are for everyone, whether you are Buddhist or non-Buddhist, beginner or advanced practitioner.
Is This For Me?
This half-day course is for anyone who wants to grow spiritually, improve their good heart, and better help those around them. No previous experience of meditation or knowledge of Buddhism is required.
Everyone welcome!
Gen Kelsang Menla was ordained as a Kadampa Buddhist monk in 2001 and has taught Kadampa Buddhism since that time. He brings a warm heart and joyful attitude to sharing Buddha’s teachings and the practice of meditation.
