The Happiness Toolkit, A Half-Day Course with Erica Richardson

Learn how to how to access positive states of mind! In this workshop receive advice, extracted from Buddhist teachings, on how to develop a store of tools, including meditations and new ways of thinking, to help us develop and maintain our peace of mind. By doing this, eventually every situation can become a source of happiness and growth for us!
Erica Richardson is the resident teacher of Bodhichitta Kadampa Buddhist Center.

The Venue
The Unitarian Universalist Church of Midland is located at 3301 Neely Ave., Midland TX. The Bodhichitta Kadampa Buddhist Center offers a monthly half-day course at this beautiful facility. The classes are taught by our resident teacher, Erica Richardson. Erica is known for her enthusiasm, a strong daily Dharma practice, and a very kind heart. Her teachings are heartfelt and practical, applying Buddha’s teachings to the issues of day-to-day work and family life.
These courses are intended to help people learn meditation and basic Buddhist teachings which are practical and can be applied to our busy modern lives. The teachings are presented in such a way that people of all religious traditions and faiths will greatly benefit from the experience.
