Four Immeasurable Attitudes of Loving Kindness
with Buddhist Teacher David Shea
Sunday Mornings, 10:30am – Noon
The Four Immeasurables are a traditional Buddhist practice that helps us develop a loving heart and a fresh perspective on the world. We won’t simply be developing any old perspective—we will learn to see the world through the lenses of love and compassion in an active and energizing way. Our relationships with others will improve as a result of this practice, and we will find that we experience greater peace and happiness. With every challenge we face, these four attitudes empower us to be part of the positive solution.
