Frustration, irritation, agitation, annoyance, and anger are common states of mind that afflict everyone almost every day. In Buddha’s teachings, insightful and powerful ways of thinking and practical meditations are found that enable you to gradually uproot all of these responses to conflict and unfulfilled wishes.
No experience is necessary. Everyone welcome!
Is This For Me?
This half-day course is for anyone who wants to grow spiritually, improve their good heart, and better help those around them. No previous experience of meditation or knowledge of Buddhism is required.

Gen Kelsang Menla was ordained as a Kadampa Buddhist monk in 2001 and has taught Kadampa Buddhism since that time. He brings a warm heart and joyful attitude to sharing Buddha’s teachings and the practice of meditation.
