Understanding Death and Impermanence with Rod Hobson

Death is one of the great mysteries of life. Few people understand what happens when we die, and how important it is for us to prepare for this inevitable event that we shall all experience. Buddha explains with great clarity what happens during the death process, and by understanding this, how we can use use this knowledge to make our life truly meaningful. By understanding our mortality, we will be motivated to develop virtuous minds and perform positive actions, which will create a life filled with great joy and inner peace.
This class will include two sessions, which will include breathing meditation, teachings, guided meditation and time for questions. Everyone is welcome.
