We all want to feel good about ourselves. This helps us in our daily life and in our relationships. However, when we lack self-confidence, and our self-view is not positive, our whole life can be adversely affected. During this day course, we will learn Buddhist wisdom to expand our happiness and to see our limitless potential to experience lasting inner peace, as well as meditation practices to help defeat our negative self-image.
