Simply Meditate, Sundays, 4:30pm-5:00pm
Enjoy us for a peaceful Sunday afternoon of guided meditation! Through meditation we can enjoy the peace of our own mind and let go of worry and other painful states of mind. This class will consist of a 30 minute visualization, breathing, or contemplative meditation to will bring about a more positive outlook on life and peace to your heart. No previous experience in meditation required, everyone is welcome! This class is great for beginners and more experienced meditators.
