It’s easy to lose perspective on life, for things get out of balance, and to lose our happiness. Meditation brings us back into touch with reality. By reflecting on Buddha’s teachings and applying them creatively to daily life we can develop and maintain a wise and peaceful perspective in every situation. We can even awaken to a deeper happiness and sense of purpose in life.
In this series we will look at:
- The karmic perspective
- Compassion and exchanging yourself for someone else
- The mind as creator
