The Joyful Path to Enlightenment
Sunday Mornings, 10:30am – Noon with Buddhist Teacher, David Shea
Classes Are In Person
CDC Protocols observed, masks are optional if you have been vaccinated.
Life can be a journey of exploration, learning and growth, as we travel along a path of spiritual realization. In Kadampa Buddhism we practice the Stages of The Path to Enlightenment which is a step-by-step presentation of the Buddhist path called “Lamrim” in Tibetan. This presentation is clear, easy to understand and meant to be taken as personal advice for life. Yet it contains the meaning of the entire Buddhist path and is therefore very profound.
Join us for an adventure of spiritual learning as our teacher guides us in understanding and practicing the steps along a joyful path to enlightenment.
Class meditations and teachings will be taken from the text Joyful Path of Good Fortune, by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
