- Registration must be done at least an hour before the class.
- Check your inbox before the class starts to click the Zoom access link to join the live streaming class with the supplied password. IMPORTANT: Your Zoom link access email will NOT arrive until the day of the class.
Everyone can learn to meditate, and there is no better time to start than right now! In this course, Buddhist Teacher David Shea will give clear instructions on how to meditate, to start meditating again and/or help to establish and improve a regular mediation practice.
Class format:
20 minutes guided breathing meditation
40 minute teaching
10 minute guided meditation on the teaching
10 minutes discussion
