We experience stress in so many ways. It is epidemic in our times! But stress is an unnecessary experience. We really can do something about it – by gradually learning a different way of relating to the world. The class presents tried and true teachings from Buddha on how to release stress and have a peaceful mind. Everyone is welcome.
Class format:
20 minutes guided breathing meditation
40 minute teaching
10 minute guided meditation on the teaching
15 minutes discussion
5 minutes questions
