Learn the basics of mindfulness and meditation in this weekly class. Anyone can benefit from the practice of meditation given here, Buddhist or not. Meditation helps us to understand our own mind. We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from distracted to concentrated, from unhappy to happy. In this way we cultivate constructive thoughts that bring peace and happiness. that’s the purpose of these transforming meditations found in this center.

November 10th-How to transform daily activities into a meditation
December 1st-Overcoming distractions and obstacles to meditation
December 8th-Meditations that promote wellness and dissolve pain
December 15th-Meditations that overcome stress and anxiety
December 22nd-How to set up a daily meditation practice

This course is intended for people of all spiritual backgrounds, beliefs, and meditation experience
