Healing Body and Mind – A Half Day Course with David Shea
Developing a peaceful mind through meditation is known to help with reducing stress and anxiety. There are also meditation practices that can help reduce and eventually eliminate the causes of many mental and physical health problems.
In this half-day course, Buddhist Teacher David Shea will give teachings on meditation practices that can heal our mind and body, and to help us regain a sense of inner peace and vitality. This class is ideal for beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
