Come learn about how meditation can help us live a more balanced, peaceful and meaningful life. Meditation has the added benefit of improving the health of our mind and body. In this series we will learn different meditation practices which will help to purify our mind. As our mind becomes less stressed and more peaceful, this naturally has an impact on our physical well being. Each class includes meditation, teaching and prayers for world peace.
Every class is a drop-in class. So if you are new to our classes, just come to any class at anytime and enjoy.
