Mindfulness for Transformation

Come learn about how meditation and mindfulness help us solve our daily problems and to find reliable and meaningful happiness and inner peace in our modern lives. In each class, you will be given instruction on meditations that will help with relaxation and stress relief, and also meditations that can help us change the way we think and feel.
Each class includes meditation, teaching and prayers for world peace.
Every class is a drop-in class. So if you are new to our classes, just come to any class at anytime and enjoy.
