Dealing with Difficult People – A Half Day Course with David Shea
Saturday, February 2, 10:00am – 1:00pm
One of the biggest sources of stress and anger in our busy modern lives is interacting with people we find difficult. Interacting or even just thinking about them can destroy our inner peace and cause negative minds feelings to arise and dominate our thoughts. Within our own mind we have the ability to remain peaceful and tolerant, and also the ability to change others through our practice of patience and loving kindness.
In this half-day course, Buddhist Teacher David Shea will give teachings on meditation practices that can help us to handle these situations and also to develop the ability to improve difficult relationships that are so common in our daily lives. This class is ideal for beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome.
