Change Your Mind, Change Your World

Our personal experience of things is completely subjective, and so the quality of our life depends upon the state of our mind. Uncontrolled thoughts distort reality and are the source of all of our problems and unhappiness. By learning to control and transform our mind we can develop happiness and inner peace as we go through our day. By understanding and applying these essential principles in our daily life, we can maintain a balanced, peaceful and clear state of mind in the midst of our fast-paced modern world.
In this half-day course, Buddhist Teacher David Shea will guide meditations and give teachings on how we can create the happy life we want by learning to control and transform our mind.
