Learning to meditate is the best way to overcome stress and keep a positive\, relaxed attitude towards life. Through follow ing practical\, down-to-earth instructions everyone can learn to meditate. This course will consist of guided meditation\, instruction and time for questions.
\nThis course is intended for meditators of all levels\, from those wishing to begin meditation to those who are experienced and wa nt to refine their meditation technique and skill.
